Unimog Canvas Bow Mods

Here are some pics of how I modified the rear canvas bows so that I could have the canvas at two different heights. I like having the full height for the headroom  but I needed to be able to drive into my garage which has an 8 ft. opening. This is easily changed from one height to another by only changing 8 screws. I also put stainless hooks along the bottom of the bed so that I could still use the elastic tie down cord when the canvas is at the lower level.
