Unimog Chrome & Stainless Door Hardware

Here are some pic of some stainless steel windshield brackets, door handles, and door hinges that I made. I also included some pic of the modifications that I made to the standard Unimog door latch to work with a keyless entry system that I bought off Ebay for $28. The Mog now has a key fob to lock and unlock the doors complete with horn chirps and light flashes and. This system also with activate an alarm, locks the door automatically when ignition is turned on and unlocks the door when ignition is turned of. It also turns on the interior lights for 30 seconds or until the ignition is turned on. All features can be programmed in a verity of ways. I also had my headlight bezels, turn signal bezels, headlight grills, and vent grills triple chrome plated, one for rust prevention and the other for appearance. I highly polished all of the steel parts before I brought them to the chrome shop. This reduced the price by 70%.
