INGREDIENTS
2 Cups Hook to Cook Poultry Coating
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Champagne, Beer or Water
4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
Cooking oil
METHOD
Put flour in medium size paper bag. Add a few chicken strips at a time to the bag and coat. Shake off excess flour. Place on plate. Continue until all are coated.
In a medium size bowl, mix the Hook to Cook Vegetable Coating with 1 cup champagne, beer or water. Dip chicken strips in wet batter until evenly coated.
When all are coated, heat oil and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
