Polynesian Cole Slaw (serves 4)                 

INGREDIENTS

1 bag of Cole Slaw

1/4 C Mayonnaise

1/2 C Hook to Cook Tropic Sauce

1/4 t cayenne pepper, or to taste

1/8 t salt

1/2 of a Lime, freshly squeezed

1 can diced pineapple, drained well

DIRECTIONS

Combine Mayonnaise, Tropic Sauce, Cayenne Pepper, Lime Juice and Salt.  Mix well.  Add to the Cole Slaw and stir until coated well.

Optional:  Add 1/4 C Sunflower Seeds.

Tropical Cole Slaw (serves 4)

INGREDIENTS

Bagged Cole Slaw Mix or Shredded Cabbage
Sunflower Seeds
Hook to Cook Tropic Sauce

METHOD
In a medium bowl combine Cole Slaw and sunflower seeds. Mix desired amount of Hook to
Cook Tropic Sauce with the Cole Slaw mixture. Serve chilled.

For different variations, add any of your favorite nuts, raisons, pineapple or apples!

Use Hook to Cook Tropic Sauce in place of sweet & sour or plum sauce. Also excellent on
egg rolls
