Just wanted to drop you a note to let you know that my husband and I tried some of your “Hook to Cook” coatings over the past few days. And we LOVE ‘EM!!
We tried the veggie premium coating with the pre-dip on Sunday using zucchini, red bell peppers, & yellow bell peppers. And, we even tried an asparagus spear and a few green beans! The peppers were my favorite. Jim loved the zucchini. The green bean experiment resulted in not-enough-bean-and-too-much-coating. But, it was still very, very good! We even loved the leftover veggies when they were cold! YUM-YUM!!
And, just as we thought it couldn’t get any better, I stopped by the fish market yesterday and bought some uncooked, peeled & de-veined shrimp to use with the coconut coating (and pre-dip). Results…ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC Coconut Shrimp!! No dip required…it was fabulous all by itself! We feel like we’re just about the best chefs in town by now. But, of course, we only have you to thank.
Your new products are wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! Thanks so much for telling me about them. We’re definitely going to include your coatings in many of the Christmas baskets we put together for friends & relatives!

I just wanted to tell you that my die hard health nut of a husband decided to buy a deep fryer after eating vegetables and fish made with Hook to Cook coatings. We are having a party soon and he wants to make the Hook to Cook coconut shrimp and zucchini. He would NEVER eat anything fried before, but now I'm afraid that he's becoming obsessed with frying and Hook to Cook. I thought you would appreciate the comment.

My wife and I love Coconut Shrimp and Chicken but have never been able to find a recipe or coating that we were happy with, until we tried your Hook to Cook Coconut and pre-coating mixes. Wow!! We absolutely loved the chicken and can’t wait to try it on shrimp and other kinds of seafood. We were amazed at how easy it was to prepare. We used the pan frying method and were impressed at how the coating did not stay in the pan as other tend to do. Thank you for bringing your products to the marketplace! You have “HOOKED” us as customers!

So EZ! Just finished eating a lovely Walleye dinner, accompanied by some deep-fried Zuchini. Used ordinary frying pans with about 1/4" of oil. Tasted terrific and only took 20 minutes from start of prep to table. Fast and Excellent! We're "hooked". Al & Karen
